Enroll in Management 2020 – Leading in Business Organizations, the first course in Western Michigan University’s Leadership and Business Strategy program. Earn college credit while developing the mindset and habits of high-performing leaders — from personal wellness and professionalism to relationship building and business acumen.
You will strengthen your personal foundation while gaining real-world experience. Work with a driven team of peers, receive direct feedback from executives, and step into a professional environment that demands growth and accountability.
Half of the course takes place at the Sleeping Giant Capital offices in downtown Kalamazoo, where you will experience the pace, pressure, and purpose of real business firsthand.

Every Fall and Spring semester
This course runs twice a year to fit your academic schedule.
Class Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30–4:45 PM
Location: The course starts at Haworth College of Business. Midway through the semester, classes transition to Sleeping Giant Capital offices in downtown Kalamazoo — giving you hands-on exposure to a real business setting.
